Correctly choose then precisely locate acupoint, 'massage' to relax muscle (like acupressure or 'shiatsu'), and clean skin surface according to national 'clean needle technique' standard.  Position needle in 'guide tube' carefully at 'acupoint'.

Gently insert hair-thin one-time-use-only sterile needle safely and painlessly using 'guide-tube'.

Remove tube leaving needle barely entering surface at 8mm depth, finally moving needle slightly deeper and vibrating slightly to elicit comfortable response, typically felt as heavy, tingly or numb.
